About Me

My photo
Jacky Lambert
I am a size 28 and Life is restricted because of the side effects of that size. I am hoping after weight loss surgery to change my life in many ways, not just weight. Of course there are things I am looking forward to that losing weight will bring... not having the airhostess waving the down the ailse while shouting 'who ordered the seat belt extender' would be one of my main goals! not having to climb on top of the public loo in order to shut the door! Being able to take my shoes and socks off while stood up! Being able to eat in public without people staring at me with that 'no wonder she is fat' look on their face! Mostly being able to walk into a shop and be able to buy the fashionable clothes! currently its a bit of a mission not to look like a granny! One of things I love in life is meeting people. One friend said to me recently to make sure I lose only the weight and not to lose me! I intend to keep this constantly in my thoughts and strive to keep the person I am. I want to make new friends but I could not do this without my old ones who are supporting me every step of the way. A big thank you to those friends, you know who you are. And so my journey begins.....
